We’re looking for a bright, ambitious associate analyst motivated by big challenges who’ll make a significant impact as a member of our commercial systems team. You’ll be improving the lives of multiple user teams as you assist with data management issues, as well as back-end sales processes and work to document functionality. This role is an internal position that sits within comScore’s Sales Operations team.What You'll Do

Manage support documentation that outlines internal sales operations processes and requirementsCoordinate between Comscore’s internal teams such as product, finance, legal, and operations as products are requested and created in SalesforceServe as the front line of our case intake process by triaging and responding to requests submitted by internal user teamsAssist with streamlining the sales cycle by reviewing the accuracy of and approving Salesforce Opportunity and Quote recordsManage data requests to ensure compliance with relevant data retention lawsPerform other data management tasksWhat You'll Need

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree2-3 years administration and/or customer service work-related experienceExperience with Salesforce.com or like contract management systems strongly desiredExperience with contracts and the contracting process strongly desiredA high intellect individual who combines analytical excellence, razor-sharp communication skills, and an ability to build client relationshipsA detail-oriented mindset is a critical requirement for this roleA relentless work ethic and desire to go the extra mileA desire to aggressively further business in an innovative, fast-paced and winning companyAn ability and flexible attitude to work fast under tight deadlines and demanding quality requirementsAbout Comscore
