Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any concerns. Your goal is to foster long-term partnerships and drive client success.Client Retention : You'll work closely with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and promote renewals. Your ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships will be critical.Organization : As an extremely organized individual, you'll manage multiple accounts simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fieldEnglish C1/C23-5 years of experience in an Account Management role, in the luxury travel industry industry.Strong experience with FinanceStrong understanding of sales and customer service principles and best practicesStrong relationship-building skillsStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetStrong verbal and written communication skills
