Develop a thorough understanding of the Company’s products and servicesManage all sales to assigned accountsPrepare business proposals promoting all Company products and expertise to new customersAssist in the establishment of quarterly and annual sales objectives and expense budgetsCultivate and grow customer baseDevelop, grow and maximize financial resultsSupport efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share (i.e. new products, existing and non-existing business) and improve customer perception and serviceExceed customer’s expectationsWork closely with customers regarding product issuesParticipate in trade show events and attend various technical conferences and sales seminarsEffectively use CRM System (Salesforce)JOB REQUIREMENTS:

5 years of Account Manager experience requiredRelevant business experience (drilling/oil and gas production/midstream transmission)Product knowledge in the oil and gas industryAggressive sales and closing skillsWork directly with customers and closely with other departments or business unitsOral and written communication skills, both internal and externalFormal marketing, presentation and negotiating skillsComputer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel and Word)Experience working in CRM System; Salesforce experience, preferredGoal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environmentDetail-oriented, consistent, organized and analyticalOutgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to receive directionStrong work ethic, integrity and dedication to resultsBENEFITS:

The Sales Executive will have the ability to use his/her experience and knowledge to create and introduce new and effective programs and processes, and grow assigned strategic accounts. Administratively, this position is responsible for all elements of the contracts, managing daily issues, communicating scope changes, being an effective link between the customer and DNOW, and ensuring payments are received on time.
