The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s customer base, particularly in the realms of packaging equipment and food contact flexible materials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background—experience in packaging is a plus, but not a requirement.
Account Executive Job Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and existing customersIdentify opportunities for business growth and generate leads within the targeted market segmentsDevelop tailored sales strategies and proposals to meet customer needsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfactionTrack and manage sales activities, maintaining up-to-date records in CRM systemsMeet or exceed sales targets and performance metricsRepresent the company at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in sales; experience in packaging, packaging equipment, or food contact flexible materials is highly desirableStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteA willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
