Your impact will not only be on the business, but also on the daily lives of healthcare providers and the quality of care everyone experiences.Role overview:Nursa is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Account Executive to join our team in Connecticut. Ideal candidates are experienced sellers, aren't afraid of prospecting, are intrinsically motivated and have a knack for problem solving. Nursa AEs need to be scrappy and adaptable to changing requirements. Account Executives expand Nursa's presence in new and existing markets. This is an incredible opportunity to be an early member of the Nursa Operations Team as we continue to grow at an exceptional pace.Responsibilities:Create and execute outbound prospecting plans targeting healthcare partners across your territory that ensure quota is either hit or exceeded

Identify and onboard new facilities in their local areas by working with Administrators & Schedulers as they adopt Nursa

Create new business relationships between Nursa and healthcare corporations across your territory through in-person visits, calling, networking, and referrals

Showcase the working ability of the Nursa app to potential clients through virtual and on-site demonstrations

Leverage existing client relationships to source additional healthcare providers in need of Nursa services

Develop strategic growth plans that lead to increased sales in an assigned region

Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to find new areas of opportunity and expansion

Qualifications:5+ years of experience in sales, preferably at a healthcare marketplace company

Demonstrated experience consistently hitting sales quotas

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and earn trust

Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup, or other dynamic environment a plus
