We are respectful, friendly, and offer excellent work-life balance so that our employees are comfortable staying with us for the long haul.Job Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to visit, call, and manage existing accounts in all market areas of XLP, as well as prospect for new opportunities.Key Job ResponsibilitiesSalesInside sales to assigned customer baseDevelop and grow sales within XL Parts -All marketsSales channel that does not prefer in-person visitsIdentify potential for sales appointments, competitor conquest, and permanent assignment within sales channels (customer migration)Cultivate lasting relationships with account baseGather and maintain customer profile informationEffectively identify sales opportunitiesMaintain clear records in CRMEffectively promote value-added services (Online ordering, TGTR, Training Clinics, PSC, MyXLP, etc.)Qualify leads for online credentialsSales Calls / Call ReportsConduct outbound phone calls within established sales protocolMaintain contacts and sales reportsAttendance / Work Schedule / Territory ManagementBased at XLP Corporate headquartersTime allocation – approximately 18 days monthly in the office, 2 days fieldAvailability of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Workdays Monday – FridayAttend meetings, clinics, and association functions as scheduledSpecial ProjectsAssist with AR Collections when neededCompletes special assignments as determinedRequirements:Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with XL Parts (sales role preferred)Knowledge of auto parts or the automotive industryExperience in Outside Sales, Inside Sales, or Account ManagementValid driver's license and InsuranceMust have own vehiclePhysical Demands:

Typical 9-hour day to include driving and frequent computer (iPad) usage for call reports. To perform the duties of this job the employee must have a clean driving record and be able to sit for long periods of time.
