Job Description :
This position is the primary customer interface for contracting matters and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining trust and cooperation while ensuring compliance with negotiated terms and conditions, company policies, and financial objectives for successful contract execution.
Successful candidate will work closely with government customers and commercial customers, as well as representatives from Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and
1. Review incoming paperwork to induct units within 24 hours of being received, return/forward non-product components2. Manage the contractual relationship with the customer, a large aerospace manufacturer.3. Work with the customer to obtain quote approvals, resolve overdue accounts receivable issues and/or request the needed information to process the units4. Ensure proper dissemination of contractual obligations and requirements.5. Work with International Trade Compliance to ensure compliance with all import/export regulations.6. Understand and support internal financial goals (milestones, progress payments, payment terms, cash collection, etc.).7. Coordinate hardware demand with the customer and demand management team.
Required Skill Set :
1. Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience with O365, PowerPoint & Excel 2. Preferred 1. SAP experience 2. Financial experience, including contract pricing
3. Aerospace Business Experience
Education Qualification :Education typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor)
