Ibotta is seeking an Account Executive to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.

In this role, you will be executing a go-to-market strategy for Ibotta's manufacturer partnerships in support of the overall General Merchandise platform. The focus will be on partnering with general merchandise brands in categories such as electronics, household, kids/baby, and beauty. You will manage the sales process from outreach to ongoing growth within this new line of business.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

Meet/exceed annual revenue targets through the development, advancement, and closure of partnerships and execution of new businesses and expansion of existing business.Develop and deliver sales presentations that educate prospective clients on Ibotta’s value proposition, roadmap, and partnership opportunities considering which products would best suit the client’s needs.Outreach to existing clients about new capabilities/positioning (Omnichannel)Ensure high retention of existing accounts through upselling and education around new product enhancementsPartner with Account Manager counterparts to ensure client campaigns are successfully executed from start to finishWork within a team environment, but balance priorities and manage workload independentlyEmbrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values:Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency& A good idea can come from anywhere

What we are looking for:

2-4 years of experience in a data driven sales roleBachelor’s degree preferredTechnical Skills: G Suite, Looker, Product knowledgeExperience selling digital, mobile, or media advertising solutions into verticals such as CPG preferredEffective communicator, both written and verbal (Candidates do a mock pitch as part of the hiring process)Flexibility, accountability, resourcefulness, to work with little direction in a fast-paced startup environmentDesire to achieve excellence across the entire sales spectrum (i.e., email outreach, cold calls, presentations, etc.)

Additional Details:

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.Base compensation range: $50,000-$75,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range is not all inclusive as total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to the base salary that will increase total earnings.
