Property Account ManagerEstablish and develop relationships with vessel contact (yacht owners, managers, captains, engineers, crew) by providing support and communication to vessel, ensuring customer satisfaction and actively collaborating in problem solving that may arise during vessels stay on property. Collaborate with logistics, sales, other account managers and service team to ensure the appropriate action plan and establish realistic customer expectations that are clearly defined and deliverable. Keep abreast of customer journey and satisfaction throughout stay and ensure proper communication with other departments or outside contractors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Providing excellent customer serviceEffectively manage and establish relationships with yacht owners, captains and engineers to understand their specific service needs and ensure a successful stay on property.Work with sales and logistics team for a smooth onboarding transition after confirmation of dates, availability, and rates of stay.Prior to vessels arrival, contact customer to confirm projects and arrival, crew list, confirm or obtain work list, confirm contractors hired to work on the vessel and ensure they are authorized to do work on the property. Ensure reservation dates reflect scope of work.Upon vessels arrival, greet vessels, give them information packets, ensure they are being given proper parking and security access etc. If first time visiting, offer tour of property. Discuss objectives of stay and engage customer in providing information that will help proper scheduling, management of expectations and logistics. Re-confirm length and scope of schedule.Touch base on a bi-weekly basis with vessel contact and contractors understanding how project is going and how safe harbor can contribute to success of project. Confirm departure or splash dates and update system, logistics and marina team to ensure they communicate accordingly.Create relationship with vessel contact ascertain pros and cons of stay, improvements to make future stays more successful, ascertain future plans, promote Safe Harbor network.Daily update of system information, dates, contact, and any other pertinent information.Prior to departure: Offer fuel services, plan and understand future visits, confirm billing is complete and bills are paid prior to departure.Update information in System. Enter tentative reservation date for future visits.Provide Sales with onboarding and tracking of return reservations.Promote international network to customers.Promote international fueling program close to vessels departure.Other duties assigned by Manager.

Safety and Environmental ResponsibilitiesFollow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training.Wear proper personal protective equipment as required for the task or work area.Report all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately.

Technical and Physical RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior marina experience preferred.Previous customer service experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Ability to work outside and walk throughout property, climb onto vessels.Ability to lift 10 pounds.
