Job ResponsibilitiesEstablishes consultative relationships with facility contacts to identify needs driving future orders, timing of orders, and fill rates. Offers proactive solutions for cross-departmental staffing challenges.Prioritizes leads generated to prospect and qualify facility clients.Negotiates contract terms (i.e. bill rates, other language) with client contacts and prepares new client contracts.Conducts and designs order alerts for hard-to-fill or priority orders.Navigates entire client organization through consistent phone and email strategy to cultivate relationships and referrals with relevant departments and hierarchy of decision makers.Leverages 3rd party vendor management software systems by learning standard processes for posting orders and submitting files to fill orders.Maintains communication with clients regarding open orders, candidate supply, confirmed clinicians, and contract end dates.Promotes job orders including necessary qualifications to recruiters including order details via E-Recruit, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, email (Order Alerts), and presentations, to identify interested & available consultants most quickly with the highest likelihood to fill based on client criteria (licensure, skills, timeframe, etc.).Raises client issues internally as appropriate, to division leaders, Clinical, and Quality Services by owning resolution on behalf of client to maintain reputation and relationships.Establishes contact with clients through phone calls and email, to present customized solutions that solve current financial, operational, and workforce planning challenges and align solutions with desired future state.EducationBachelor's Degree | PreferredMinimum Work Experience3+ years of Business Development and Account Management3+ years of Healthcare Staffing/Mid Revenue Cycle Experience | PreferredKey SkillsAccount ManagementConsultative SellingProject ManagementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to Multi-task in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
