You will have the chance to challenge your critical thinking skills, problem solve and provide valuable risk management solutions to financial institutions; benefiting their employees and borrowers!Essential duties include the following:Manages new and existing product accounts to include new product implementations from beginning to end by coordinating the implementation processes, providing occasional on-site product training, assisting in answering technical questions on product installation, operation, and problem resolution to ensure efficient and timely product installations, client satisfaction, and client retention.Monitors client utilization and satisfaction of all products and services to ensure maximum product usage and integrity to include reviewing monthly account analysis for trends in penetration and notifying Account VP’s of any adverse trends requiring attention. Seeks to provide best practices for all products and services, with client growth and retention as top priorities.Provides subject matter expertise in the development of solutions on existing and new product implementations by meeting and collaborating with various SWBC departments.Assists in meeting company growth and financial profitability objectives and strategic plans by performing and reporting on various assigned departmental activities.Performs all other duties as assigned.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Management, General Business, or related field from an accredited four-year or college or university or equivalent experience required.Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience or project management experience.Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Thorough understanding of Internet concepts and principals, both from an application and technology perspective.Knowledge of financial institution lending and service operations.Strong planning, project management, analytical, and quantitative skills.Ability to coach, mentor and train both internal and external resources in assigned products.Able to travel locally and nationally by car and airplane, as needed (approximately 10% travel).Able lift and/or push carts carrying 10-20lbs of training materials or audio/video equipment and stand for long periods of time while conducting presentations and/or training.Compensation:At SWBC, our pay structure is based upon the market data for each role and we have established compensation ranges to ensure that we remain competitive. Any offer of employment is based upon individual experience, market data, and geographic location for each role.
