ClinDCast is looking for Epic Healthy Planet Analyst Role

Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, information technology, or a related field.Experience with Epic Systems, specifically the Healthy Planet module, is highly desirable.Strong understanding of population health management principles and practices.Knowledge of Epic Care Everywhere, SmartForms, Meaningful Use, and Specialty Modules, Marketing, Demonstrations, and Procedure orders.Familiarity with Epic tools: Integration with patient and provider outreach tools, and MyChartFamiliarity with case or care management workflows and wellness programsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Certification in Epic Healthy Planet.
