Publishers then have more time to do what they do best: create content.About the Position :The Director of Growth Marketing will oversee and drive the growth of Freestar's customer base, implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth from existing customers by leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing digital marketing channels.Duties/Responsibilities :Support the VP, Marketing to drive Freestar's aggressive growth and help us continue to be a market leaderCreate and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan that is scalable and drives customer acquisition and retentionProvide data, feedback and insights to key departments across the business including Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding and Design to help drive growthLead the charge in developing predictable and scalable growth, particularly for acquisition, retention and advocacyPrioritise and establish our key growth marketing distribution channelsDevelop and optimise paid acquisition campaignsDrive and optimise inbound marketing and conversion ratesCreate and manage email campaigns that encourage customer acquisition, nurture to conversion and generate loyaltyTest and refine landing page and email marketing strategies to improve acquisition and engagementWork with the content team and content partners to ensure inbound traffic optimisationIdentify and monitor key performance metrics, such as customer acquisition cost and user engagement, to optimise marketing efforts and drive growthWork cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with broader business goals including Commercial and Product to capture and convert inbound demandDemonstrate a deep understanding of Freestar's products and services, as well as the target audience and competitive landscapeLeadership within the Marketing Department to mentor and direct the teamOversee the production of campaign assets and targeted content materialsDelivery of regular performance and insights reportingResponsible for event management and execution of flagship eventsWork with the team to oversee the delivery of written materials including award entries, case studies, briefing documents and reportingWork closely with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Business Development teams to drive efficiencies, collaboration and deliver cross-functional projectsRequired Skills/Abilities:Demonstrable experience managing and executing multi-channel demand and lead generation in a B2B tech/SaaS marketing/ Growth Marketing environmentExperience in designing successful campaigns and strategies focused on mid-market and enterprise companiesExperience owning and/or leveraging content marketing to acquire, nurture and convert leadsSolid understanding of performance marketing, lead generation and funnel developmentStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsYou're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.You understand user acquisition and you know what it takes to scale a business's growth channel.A desire and ability to get stuff done in a fast-growing companyStrong drive to own your remit and grow your team as the company growsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong mentoring and team management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareEastern Standard Time preferred to have overlap with our EMEA team and US teamExperience:7 years of experience in B2B tech/SaaS marketing/ Growth MarketingWhat you can expect in return:Full-Time, Salaried PositionMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits401(k) with company matchThe opportunity to be part of something BIGFreestar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
