Job Overview:The Physical Therapist provides ongoing evaluation and assessment of patients using standardized tests and measurements and direct observation.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor s, Master s or DPT degree or certificate in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or universityCertifications and Licenses Required:Current license from the NJ State Board of Physical Therapy ExaminersScheduling Requirements:FTEssential Functions:Formulate objective treatment goals and plans to achieve goalsModify goals and plans as neededProvide medically prescribed treatment to inpatients in acute care, LTACH, and outpatientsRetain responsibility for the physical therapy of the patient being treated by the physical therapist assistant through direct supervision.
