Job DescriptionTreatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnelAdministration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapiesDocuments all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of careEducates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.
Qualifications
RN Qualifications:Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.Active Nursing License in good standing (required)Attention to DetailTime Management SkillsEffective Problem-Solving and Conflict ResolutionGood Organization and Effective CommunicationHome Health Experience (preferred)
