Job Description:Legal Soft is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence.
Responsibilities:Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insightsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performanceConduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and initiativesIdentify and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and integrityStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a senior roleProficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
