Senior Recruiter, People Recruitment Team - Finance & AccountingUTA seeks a Senior Recruiter to provide full life cycle support to Finance & Accounting.

This recruiter must have at least 3 years of direct Finance & Accounting recruitment expertise.

The ideal candidate must have demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and hiring within a fast-paced, high-bar environment.

This role is onsite in Beverly Hills.The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience and skills.What You Will Do

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on a range of recruitment projects to develop and refine search strategies, candidate profiles, interview processes, market mapping and succession planning to attract and assess top talent.Foster inclusive hiring practices aimed at cultivating a workplace culture enriched by a spectrum of diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.Responsible for full life cycle recruitment across Finance and Accounting as well as across varying corporate business areas and levels.Expertly use current and emerging technologies, databases, and applicant tracking system to manage all your requisitions, candidates, and communications.Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, position details, and plan the hiring process.Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, and industry events, to identify and engage with passive candidates.Assess and screen candidates in-person, via video, and over the phone to expertly align business and candidate needs.Work closely with candidates and hiring managers and guide them through the hiring process.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process with a focus on consistent communication and feedback.Draft offer letters and present to candidates, handle offer negotiations and escalate as needed.Will play a critical onboarding role in bridging the gap between the candidate journey and the employee journey.Track recruitment KPIs, such as open position volume, candidate source and timing of hire.Assist in the hire and onboarding of temporary employees and independent contractors as needed.Liaise with search firms by fostering ongoing relationships.Participate in HR projects and other administrative tasks as needed.What You Will Need

Must be a functional recruitment expert in Finance and Accounting.Must execute your work consistently with operational rigor and compliance.Must be able to successfully recruit with a requisition load of twenty open searches at any point of time.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.8+ years of relevant recruitment experience with a recruitment agency, in-house recruitment team, or other corporate environment required.At least 2 years as an in-house recruiter preferred.Ability to work across the organization to achieve results, ideally in a large organization requiring interaction within multiple business units.Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.Hands-on experience with recruitment software, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems.Prior expertise in Workday highly preferred.Expert interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques, scorecards, and managing debriefs preferred.Aptitude in assessing soft skills of candidates accurately with focus on competency, skill, and behavioral alignment.Outstanding people skills.Ability to multitask, and take initiative in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline driven environment.Must have a history of solving sophisticated problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant hiring impact for a business.What You Will Get
