About the team This is a business-critical position within the Business change Team responsible for leading large, complex projects focused on strategy and business process improvement. As a senior member and SME for the team you will utilize your business knowledge to oversee the delivery of multiple projects and workstreams utilizing to successfully delivery new functionality and processes. Key Responsibilities: Completing accurate and cohesive report writing to inform the progress of the projects/ initiatives Establish and be able to articulate business change and business process improvements Responsible for the analysis on business requirements documents Investigation of the business area and processes to gain wide understanding of the scope of functionality being delivered Work with Managers to identify and plan the necessary tasks to ensure successful and on time delivery of project activities Understanding Issues, questions and probes to uncover underlying issues Finding solutions, able to identify best in class solutions to technically challenging issues Communicate effectively with other Project resources, on progress of tasks and identification of risks / issues that may affect the smooth progression of the projects Liaise directly with stakeholders in order to maintain key relationships and taking on board any feedback required to improve the service Ensure compliance of all regulations and legislation, such as FCA, DPA, TCF Act as role model championing the values and brand for FIS at all times Supervision of multiple projects and team members What you bring: Experience of defining business requirements and presenting back to leadership Planning and monitoring experience Proven Costs benefit analysis and Process modelling experience Excellent communications skills and stakeholder engagement Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business Status Reporting including risk and issues Capturing key requirements and documenting end to end process Added Bonus if you have: Experience working on a Global level Additional language skills Insight on Payments eco system Be available to work outside of normal business hours if needed due to the nature of the role Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
