We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support a Web Applications Firewall team. This team puts all the infrastructure in place, i.e. making sure all requests are in to the cloud team, onboarding and training customers on how to use the self-service tooling, and helping build the infrastructure and troubleshoot issues. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of enterprise applications.
Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the cloud team to ensure all infrastructure requests are addressed.Train customers on self-service tooling for infrastructure setup.Assist in building and troubleshooting infrastructure.Interface with various teams to facilitate network connectivity and OAuth integration.Troubleshoot HTTP web traffic applications and manage HTTP requests.Support Python-based tooling (Python experience is a plus).
What You'll Be Working On:
Integration with other initiatives, including AWS Gen3 migration.Next-Gen project focused on enhancing speed and efficiency.Internal challenges and improvements on existing platforms.Interfacing with various teams for smooth onboarding processes.Managing over 80 AWS accounts and setting up network connectivity.
