is keen on hiring an effective Real Estate Agent Apartment Locator to play a vital role in the growth of our sales team. Our Apartment Locators focus on growing the Fancy Apartments brand by helping clients find apartments across Houston.

Ideal candidates will be responsible for calling, sending apartment listings, following up, touring, and leasing warm leads provided by the company along with contributing to our weekly market survey to gain market knowledge, participating in weekly meetings, sales training, gathering marketing content, software training, and collaborating with our sales team & sales team manager.

The candidate will have strong apartment-locating experience, a background in real estate and sales, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. If the candidate does not have apartment locating experience they must be eager to learn and adopt our sales process.

Job Overview:

Successfully help clients find the right apartment home and get listed as their referral on their application.

Confirm client move-in information for the billing team to send an invoice for your referral.

Have exceptional Houston rental market knowledge to guide clients to the right apartment home.

Practice effective sales skills to efficiently & successfully lease a high volume of clients and grow sales.

Responsibilities & Duties

Have a strong understanding of being a successful apartment locator

Develop a deep understanding of Houston's rental market

Make contact with company-provided warm leads in a timely manner via call & text

Send apartment listings to clients that fit their needs and surpass their expectations

Consistently follow up with clients via call & text and provide value with every follow-up

Successfully help a high volume of clients find the right apartment home and get listed as their referral on the application

Tour apartment communities with clients in person or send them with effective guest-card registration

Confirm move-in details with your clients and the apartment community they leased at

Properly submitted confirmed deals to billing for accurate invoicing and payment processing

Practice effective sales skills that streamline your sales process & effectively close a high volume deals

Qualifications

Must be an active licensed Real Estate Agent
