Help discover problems, needs, opportunitiesClearly define the above & share via written documentation & in-personUse React to implement your designs as prototypes and in productionCollaborate with other designers and engineers on the teamOptimize applications for maximum speedImplement unique and insightful data visualizationsRelease, analyze, and gather insightsStay up-to-date on emerging technologiesRequirements and skills
8+ years of experience in front-end engineeringDesign experience is a nice to haveExperience with React, CSS.Experience with Chakra, Redux, Ruby on Rails, and Next.js is beneficial.Familiarity with design in the context of a data-heavy product, e.g. in the financial industryFacility with programming codes, knowing what is easy and possible, hard and possible, or difficult and impossible for nowPractice being a humanist technologist who asks questions about what's being made, who's making it, and whyCombine Design X Tech X Business to make thoughtful, well-informed decisions for the product, team, and business as a wholePrototype ideas quickly in the medium the product will be usedPerks and Benefits:
