Strong conceptual understanding of data and data analytics - Someone who understands and thinks about data and data analytics. Not the containers of data (i.e., it moves from here to there), but the data inside the containers. What is the meaning of the data in the datasets? How is it transformed? If the data changes, what analytics or metrics would break or would no longer make sense?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Project Manager, with a focus on data analytics projects.
Strong proficiency in Spark, Scala, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Hadoop, and Python.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach to project delivery.
