Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
BBSI has joined forces with a prominent service provider Commercial Dock and Door installation, maintenance, repair, and warehouse equipment servicing. With a robust footprint in Southern California, we are expanding and are on the lookout for a committed Field Service Supervisor to become an integral part of our flourishing team.
The ideal candidate will take charge of overseeing a team of Field Service Technicians, ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial doors, loading dock equipment, and material handling systems across the Southwest Region.
This role demands a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and the versatility to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial doors and loading dock equipment.Experience with hydraulic and/or pneumatic maintenance, repair, and service.Experience in welding and steel fabrication.Experience with electrical work.Experience in hiring, training, developing, and managing a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven, field service environment.Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.Valid Driver's License and clean driving recordBenefits
