You will utilize Salesforce platform technologies, UI design tools, analytics frameworks, and api-integrations. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team, project managers, and business stakeholders to ideate and implement innovative applications that help drive business growth and user engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesWork within an Agile engineering team to deliver iterative and incremental improvements to Salesforce and other web front ends.Build new solutions to enhance capabilities for internal and external customers.Utilize Salesforce platform technologies, UI design tools, analytics frameworks, and API integrations.Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.Apply extensive experience with Salesforce UI, including Salesforce Lightning Design System (LWC, Aura), Apex, and Experience Cloud.Leverage strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and other web design coding languages.Implement responsive and adaptive design principles.Lead engineering efforts for complex software systems and ensure successful delivery to customers.Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.Mentor junior engineers and empower non-technical staff.Contribute to a supportive and high-performing team environment.Seek and embrace innovation to drive business growth and user engagement.Implement unit testing and refactor codebases for testability and maintainability.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in frontend developmentExtensive Experience with Salesforce UI, including Salesforce Lightning Design System LWC, Aura, Apex and Experience CloudStrong proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, CSS, HTML and other relevant web design coding languagesExtensive experience with client-side HTTP API integrationsExperience with responsive and adaptive designExperience taking a leading role in engineering complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customersAbility to solve complex performance problems and architectural challengesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience and training in UX/UI design and development.Salesforce UX Designer Certification or Platform / Javascript Developer CertificationExperience with additional frontend frameworks and librariesExperience training junior engineers and empowering non-technical staffExperience working within an Agile Engineering teamExperience in unit testing code bases, and refactoring code bases for testExperience integrating with Email Marketing SystemsExperience with performance marketing concepts (SEO/SEM optimization, A/B Testing)Experience with Web Analytics tools (Google Lighthouse, Google Analytics, Ambassador, Segment.io, etc.)What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageDynamic and innovative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentRemote work flexibilityEqual Opportunity StatementWe are deeply committed to building a workplace and global community where inclusion is not only valued but prioritized.
