This role will require you to pioneer a strategic vision for AI, with a primary focus on responsible and ethical application of the technology across all facets of our business operations. In this global role, you will be the lynchpin in fostering collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders across different countries. This will involve creating a shared understanding of how AI can be used responsibly and ethically to drive growth and innovation, while still adhering to local and international laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that Prudential Financial meets the highest standards of transparency, fairness, and compliance in its AI initiatives, regardless of where in the world these initiatives are being implemented.The collaboration between your team and our US and International partners will be of utmost importance. Together, you will work towards creating a unified approach to AI that reflects Prudential Financial's commitment to ethical and responsible technology use.
