Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure IBM Sterling Commerce OMS to meet business requirements.Develop and customize OMS workflows and integrations with other systems.Monitor and optimize OMS performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OMS-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and procedures.
