Engage in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) which encompasses analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, particularly focused on•ERP implementations like Oracle, Workday, SAP and Peoplesoft.•Play a pivotal role in database administration, data conversion, helping global customers transition legacy data to cloud-based ERP systems.•Deliver a solution for the Data conversion and Data Integration team to channelize the large chunk of data received from legacy system to SuccessFactors load templates making the conversion teams data load process easier using ETL tools like SQL Server Integration Services and Informatica.•Develop hands-on proficiency in basic HCM configurations spanning modules including Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Time and Absence, and Payroll systems.•ERP learning solution development.•Engage in designing, coding using Java ,.NET, Python and debugging of web interfaces using technologies such as Angular Java, JSP, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and Silverlight.•Ability to debug and troubleshoot ERP systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle and Peoplesoft.
