during Strat Plan and Budget to define
targets
and c ascade ambition into relevant

trajectories

GBU

ce roadmap by defining the portfolio of initiatives including standardization and smart factories, defining the digital roadmap and continuously

rioritizing initiatives to maximize the “
resource-
benefit” equation
Drive execution of
the
GBU
performance roadmap and stimulating
value realization

upporting sites by deploying GBU Transformation Leaders
on
priority plants/
initiatives (e.g., boosters, SMS 2.0, digital, etc.), p
artnering with Global Functions to provide targeted
expertise
to site & GBU teams
and driving change management
