This position is a hybrid role (3x per week onsite) that will be based at our headquarters in Fremont, California.

Here Is a Glimpse Of What You’ll Do

Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle of power electronics and control systems in a renewable energy product company.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and implement advanced power electronics solutions.Stay abreast of emerging technologies in power electronics, control systems, and related fields.Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand and prioritize product requirements.Clearly articulate specifications for power electronics and control features, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, emphasizing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for power electronics and controls projects.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Create comprehensive product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and application notes for power electronics and control systems.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation in power electronics and controls.Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests related to power electronics and control systems.Stay abreast of relevant regulations and standards in power electronics and controls in renewable power plants.Ensure that products comply with applicable regulatory requirements in various regions of the world.

Here Is Some Of What You’ll Need (required)

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience in product management, with a focus on power electronics and controls.Technical knowledge of power electronics principles, control algorithms, and their application in various industries.Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the power electronics domain.Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in power electronics and controls.

Pay Range (Applicable to California)

$140,000-$180,000
