We are currently seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer who not only excels in technical prowess but also inspires and leads by example. Technical Leadership:

Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware based on product and hardware specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Serve as a technical resource to both the team and management.



Collaborative Influence:

Work closely with product managers, hardware engineers, and software developers to complete project objectives on schedule.



Team Oriented:

Interact with the firmware team, and department at large, in a constructive and respectful manner.



Product Focused:

Support development, verification, validation, and integration efforts from product definition to launch. Provide firmware specifications and product documentation.

Willing to take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, and drive for results.

Tackle complex challenges head-on, finding creative solutions.

Qualifications

:•

Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or engineering•

5-10 years of experience with firmware development, working with microcontrollers, embedded systems, RTOS,

etc•

Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities•

Comfortable using logic analyzers

,

oscilloscopes

, and other test equipment

for debugging, troubleshooting, and unit testing•

Proficient in C/C++• Understanding of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, and CAN• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and motivate others• Strong sense of teamwork and working towards a common goal• Familiar with source code management•

Experience with Python and scripting languages is a plus•
