to learn how our diverse and innovative team is helping connect, protect and power our planet.RESPONSIBILITIES:The design and development of RF LNA, switches and/or controller for cellular applications, potentially using SOI, GaAs and CMOSSupport standalone LNA and switch modules and their integration into a multi-chip module (MCM)Working with the internal module customers with die deliverables and optimizing the RF chainWorking with layout designers to use best practices for layoutDesigning and using analog blocks like Bandgap, LDO, Bias circuits etc from time to timeCreating test laminates to measure the taped out hardware and working with Lab technicians to troubleshoot measurements issues and perform sim vs meas correlationConducting peer reviews of their designs, including expected and/or actual resultsWriting regular program updates and communicate progress and issues in a clear and consise manner.Be able to execute to an aggressive scheduleQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of BSEE (MSEE preferred)5 years of experience in LNA, switch and/or other RFIC designExtensive experience designing with HFSS, Cadence, and ADSStrong background with RF measurements and characterizationExperience in standard RF design techniques and best practicesWorking knowledge of device physics for IC design, especially tradeoffs for LNA and switch configurationStrong background in various linear and nonlinear simulation techniques and simulatorsCapable of refining their simulation results to achieve excellent predictability with the goal of first pass successBe able to work independentlyKnowledge of RF PA design and other large signal circuit design is considered a plusCandidates with successful release of production LNA and switches for mobile applications would be highly considered#LI-SM1MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVOWe are Qorvo.
