About Your Role

As a VP of Sales at Navix, you are a visionary sales leader and oversee the full spectrum of sales activity across the Commercial team. This role involves establishing and assessing go-to-market strategies, overseeing deal health, managing the sales pipeline, and providing end-to-end support throughout the sales cycle to drive revenue growth and facilitate market expansion. You are a strategic leader who is both process-driven and results-oriented, bringing a proven track record in SaaS sales leadership within dynamic and rapidly growing organizations.

What You'll Do

Provide visionary sales leadership, fostering an environment of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team including forecasting, pipeline management, and goal setting. Regularly report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecasting to executive leadership & Board Members.Establish and monitor KPIs to track and evaluate performance against Navix's strategic goals.Drive, develop, implement, and refine sales processes and methodologies to increase exposure and market penetration.Develop and employ growth marketing strategies for lead and demand generation, such as targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.Support the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless and value-driven customer experience.Establish and refine the go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement effective sales initiatives that capitalize on market opportunities.Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers.What You'll Bring

5+ years of sales leadership within the transportation and logistics B2B SaaS environment.Approach leadership as a partner and coach, supporting, developing, and motivating the sales team.Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and creative problem-solving.Confident recruiter and previous experience managing and growing a high performing sales team.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals of all seniority levels.Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM.Ability to identify and propose process improvements to optimize efficiency in workflows and processes.An understanding of logistics, freight payment and audit practices, general accounting principles and cash-flow management.How You Work

$150,000—$300,000 USD
