Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):Spry is
seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret clearance and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in relevant technologies and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
Design and implement cloud security solutions.Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.Monitor cloud environments for security threats and vulnerabilities.Respond to security incidents and perform forensic analysis.Collaborate with other teams to ensure secure cloud deployments.Stay updated with the latest cloud security technologies and threats.Conduct security assessments and auditsWhat You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.Cloud Security or similar certification from AWS, Azure, Google platformsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud security.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Experience with security tools and technologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent.Experience with DevSecOps practices.Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.).Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools.
