Provide legal counsel and representation in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters.Draft and review documents related to defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.Requirements:
8+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm setting.Expertise in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters.Membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming a member.A portable business book is highly preferred.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Membership in the Florida Bar.Skills:
