Position TitleCredit Bureau Reporting AnalystLocationWork From Home United StatesJob SummaryFlagstar Bank is seeking an individual to join our Credit Reporting department as an Analyst.This position is responsible for responding to daily consumer credit disputes originated through e-OSCAR and incoming daily direct disputes (i.e. efaxes, mail, e-mails and tickets originated from the call center), by researching multiple systems, included, but not limited to: MSP, DNA, eOSCAR, GCC Browser, IDM, Black Knight Desktop, Credit Repositories software (Experian, Equifax, Innovis and Transunion), Bankruptcy Court information software and google engine. This position is also accountable for the research of internal and external audit findings to determine their validity and make necessary updates. Verify and validate monthly reports from MSP and Credit Bureau Repositories for credit reporting account accuracy. Required to complete and meet project deadlines.Candidate should show initiative, be willing to interact with external and internal customers and have a passion for learning.Pay Range: Local Minimum Wage - $18.62 - $24.00Job Responsibilities:Responsible for working with internal and external customersResponsible for working daily reports, researching and resolving exceptions within the time frame set by the department guidelinesResponsible verifying mortgage documents to ensure system accuracy and drafting documents to complete incoming requestResponsible for supporting job functions within the department which includes cross training / participating in special projectsCandidate will receive ongoing training to stay abreast of compliance standards, system updates and department guidelinesEnsures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Completes all required compliance training. Maintains knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures.
