What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Preparing financial projections and evaluating potential projects in collaboration and at the direction of clientComplete the financial modeling of low-income housing tax credit partnerships, taking into account financial structure and pricing, sources and uses of construction, informal underwriting analysis of the real estate market, rents and expenses, tax concepts, and stress scenarios,Reviewing letters of intent from investors and lenders,Assisting with underwriting multifamily developments financed with affordable housing tax credits,Assisting clients, investors, and lenders with requested due diligence itemsReview of applicable sections of the partnership agreement and other legal documents as neededResearch various transactional and compliance issuesAssisting with project closings with investors, lenders, attorneys, and third-party consultantsAssist in the preparation of and/or review of monthly Consulting draw packagesAssist in the preparation of cost certification calculationsAssist in the preparation of debt service coverage calculationsSupporting audit and tax teams with special projects as neededBasic Qualifications:
