Job Summary: The Sales Manager Trainee will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by selling our temporary staffing services to Latino business owners. This position requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and have a deep understanding of the Latino business culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients in the restaurant, construction, and cleaning industries within the Latino business community.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand clients' staffing needs and provide customized staffing solutions to meet their requirements.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Send quotes to clients in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing and Outreach:

Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials, to effectively communicate our services to potential clients.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and generate leads.

Collaborate with community organizations and business associations to increase visibility and build partnerships.

Office Support:

Assist with various office duties as needed, including administrative tasks, data entry, and customer service support.

Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide feedback and insights to improve our services and customer experience.

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).

Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry or related fields.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the restaurant, construction, and cleaning industries is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Customer Focus: Strong ability to understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Marketing Skills: Experience creating marketing materials and collateral.

Self-Motivated: Highly driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Compensation:

100% commission-based pay structure.

Competitive commission rates based on sales performance.

Paid training stipend of $150 per week for the duration of the training period.

Training Program:

Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the role.

Attend scheduled training sessions either in-office or via Zoom to qualify for the training stipend.

Demonstrate commitment and engagement during the training sessions to receive the stipend.
