Job Description:Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and servicesAttends to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtainedAbility to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvalsAudits all appraisals of trade-in vehiclesEnsures that appropriate dealership records are maintainedJob Requirements:
Experience in Automotive Sales (3 years required)Strong negotiation skillsAbility to ask for the sale and handle customer requestsEstablish and maintain relationships with customersAssess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get resultsStrong computer skillsExperience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activitiesExcellent interpersonal skillsA positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
