Position Title: ERP Program ManagerLocation: Simi Valley, CA - Hybrid- 2 days a weekStart Date: ASAPDuration: 6 months+
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceProven experience (10+ years) in infrastructure program management or IT operations leadership roles.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, cloud technologies, and networking concepts.10+ years HCM/ERP/IT project management experience with a strong focus on HCM and Financials implementations, as well as other types of IT projects such as infrastructure, cloud, security, etc...9+ years' experience as a hands-on Project Manager on implementation projects7+ years' experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologiesExperience in using multiple types of PM tools (MS suite, as well as Atlassian suite)At least two full lifecycle ERP Implementation project as a Project ManagerExperience managing fixed-scope, fixed-price, full lifecycle implementation projects for Public Sector agenciesStrong ability in meeting deadlines, and budget while maintaining successful team executionStrong verbal, presentation and written communication skills with c-level client staff, technical staff and application usersProven business knowledge as well as PeopleSoft application specific functional knowledgeUniversity degree in business, computer science or equivalentActive PMP CertificationExperienced in developing risk management and mitigation plansExperienced managing projects supporting DoD, DARPA, and other Government agencies desiredExperience taking projects from development into production is preferredOther Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
Advanced degree is preferredPMP preferredCSM preferredDemonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and able to clearly communicate with a diversified audienceDemonstrates familiarity with technology development processesDemonstrates skill and competency in making decisions that have an impact on program costs and scheduleEffectively manages multiple efforts simultaneously and give direction to the program teamWorks independently with minimal supervision and completes assigned tasks within program schedule and budgetAble to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of dutiesDisplays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectivesTakes ownership and responsibility for current and past work productsIs committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others and the companyDemonstrates effective organizational, problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
