Your ImpactWhat You’ll Do

Location: Hybrid, On-site in Scottsdale, AZReports to: SVP FinanceDirect Reports: 2Build and develop a world-class Operations Finance functionSupport the Executive Team and Operations with thoughtful analytics that drive cost control and margin improvementOwn all aspects of reporting, analyzing and forecasting hardware COGS with respect to standard costs, variance analysis, inventory revaluations, absorption, BOMs, labor efficiency and overheadEvaluate and drive standardization of processes, systems, communication, and controls across functionsDevelop analytical processes and KPIs that measure performance and drive operating efficiencyCalculate ROIs that support new product launches, capacity investments, product redesigns, new suppliers and product end of life decisionsPartner with supply chain to develop and execute a lean inventory management strategyDevelop weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages and dashboardsSupport the annual budget process and own key inputs and assumptions in the corporate modelWhat You Bring

Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or AccountingMinimum of 8 years of experience providing financial support to Operations in a manufacturing environmentDeep understanding of standard cost accountingProven track record of driving cost controls and influencing margin improvementHands-on, roll up the sleeves mentality with an ability to manage multiple competing interests in a fast-paced environmentExperience building and managing a teamA history of being a trusted business partner to Operations leadershipExcellent analytical, oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non-financial business leadersSuperb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial spiritBenefits that Benefit You

The starting base pay for this role is between USD 176,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 220,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
