POSITION SUMMARY:
Mitchell & Titus is seeking a highly polished and diligent executive administrative professional to assist Partners, HR, and a small office. The ideal candidate is confident, tech-savvy and has a knack for building rapport with key stakeholders. This person must love to organize, multi-task, manage projects, make decisions, facilitate and interface with internal and external parties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities and expectations will require accurate analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to highly confidential and highly complex information. Manage correspondence, Executive presentations, metrics, and various reports and will be expected to collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing for or conducting special projects or assignments as needed.
Key Accountabilities:Provide high level executive administrative assistance to a team of Partners, plan and coordinate meetings and travel; develop correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations.Extensive amount of T&E utilizing Conquer for all MT's officesSupport Human Resources in some admin tasks
Manage and present data: verify data from multiple sources; compile, review and analyze data; provide metrics; compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs
Provide a bridge for smooth between office managing partners and other partners, and external executive offices; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Skills & Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including partners and external board members
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information without issue
Advanced skills in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and search engines.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment; hands-on, shift altitudes easily, multi-task
Position Requirements
Education & Experience
Prior experience supporting CEO or other C-Level Executive preferred.BA/BS.
Understands and interprets written information; identifies relevant details, facts and specifications; communicates thoughts, ideas, information and messages in writing; records information completely and accurately; uses language appropriately; performs basic computations; applies rules and principles.
Strong work tenure: prioritizing work, contacts, calendar demands; screening and processing calls and inquiries; planning and coordinating meetings and travel; developing correspondence and presentations.
