Position: Data Entry Specialist II

Location: Tampa Florida

Duration: 2+ Months Contract

Overview :

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the enrollment of Inovalon clients for various EDI transactions with Payers.Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to customer issues, perform enrollment status checks, and process payer enrollment formsResolve all assigned customer issues following all standard operating procedures.Mentors less senior enrollment specialists, available as a resource to answer questions and give first level of direction. May act in a lead capacityDocument all activities per defined process and proceduresGenerate PDF documents and populate with provider information where applicableOther duties as requested and/or determinedMaintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures, and mission statementAdhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the positionFulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company; andUphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function.Implementation Specific Requirements:Work with customers to lead and train on the implementation process of enrollments for Client | Claims Management ProDocument customer enrollment requirements and configure application to meet customer enrollment needsWork with customer and internal teams to monitor/track enrollment progress and discuss findings with customerSkills: Job Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of related experience in clearinghouse and/or payer enrollments •Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointProficient in Adobe AcrobatExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMedical EDI ExperienceExcellent Customer Service Skills; andProven ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines1-2 years' experience implementing, training, reporting, or supporting healthcare software (Enrollment Implementation ONLY)o Emphasis on payer enrollment, preferred •Prior Call Center Experience (Enrollment Support ONLY)Keywords:Education: Education:High School diploma or G.E.D. required (Associates Degree preferred).Physical Demands and Work Environment:Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time); •Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions; •Subject to inside environmental conditions; and •Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.Skills and Experience:Required Skills:CLAIMSEXCELEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLSACROBATMICROSOFT OFFICEAdditional Skills:EDIHIPAAMICROSOFT POWERPOINTMENTORSLanguages:EnglishReadWriteSpeakCertifications & Licenses:HIPAAPay Range: $20 - $23 Hourly

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
