Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager
Report to: VP of Brand

Join Pens.com as a leader driving the transformation of a legacy organization into a customer-obsessed marketing powerhouse. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to help bring our brand programs to life across channels. From high-level campaign strategy to the launch details to campaign reporting, you'll lead the charge in making it all happen - in close partnership with our marketing, creative and channel leads. Reporting to the VP of Brand & Creative, you'll work with a driven and dynamic team to deliver the most personal experience to small businesses around the world.
Responsibilities:Collaborate and work cross-functionally to align campaign strategy, programs, and goals across the marketing team and broader organizationIdeate and lead discussions to come up with bold, creative ideas for our campaigns to cut through the noise, stand out in a crowded market, and elevate our brandOptimize campaign messaging and positioning with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create engagement and brand consistency at every touch pointCraft end-to-end customer journeys by partnering with our content and creative teams to optimize existing content and strategize new contentRally our sales, partner, community, and internal teams around brand campaigns to amplify our message and reachUnderstand industry landscape, tech capabilities, and competitive approach to recommend content, creative assets, landing page experience to make each campaign deeply resonate with our audienceGather and analyze campaign performance, including reporting on key learningsDevelop and establish success criteria to help inform resource planning, campaign flighting, and overall prioritization across multiple stakeholders
Required knowledge/skills/abilities:
7+ years of generalist marketing experience; a combination of brand, channel, performance, lifecycle, demand gen, and integrated campaign marketing is highly desirableProven expertise launching integrated campaigns at high-growth companies with demonstrable ROISharp project management, communication, and writing skills - able to bring clarity and action to keep work moving forward with many stakeholdersExperience tracking and reporting on campaign marketing performance across various metrics and diverse channelsComfortable in a fast-paced, agile, and high-performance environment with ability to navigate gray areas by developing new processes and streamline workflowsConfident in advocating and educating cross-functional stakeholders on the nuances of brand marketing and setting expectations for how we approach each campaignExcellent organizational, time management, and hands-on collaborative skills with ability to project manage across multiple teams with confidence and expertise, with interactions ranging from top executives to other individual contributors across marketingA strong presenter and communicator.
