Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst / Project ManagerLocation: Hybrid / Onsite in Orange County, CAEkman Associates, Inc. is a management consulting firm that specializes in developing business, digital, and technology strategy, delivering solutions, and addressing human resource demands.Summary:This role will be responsible for supporting the lead PM and will be mostly assisting with tactical PM tasks (helping prepare plans, tracking tasks/doing follow-ups, preparing status reports, setting up meetings, taking notes etc.). The Sr. BSA aspects of the role would include perform Assessments (Vendor selection), Requirements Gathering, Scoring charts, Coordination with vendors and internal teams etc. and support implementation of selected systems.Type of Project/Work Regulatory related system selection / projectsQuality related ProjectsOther small projects / coordination efforts as assignedResponsibilities: Deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise project deliverables including project plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, key performance indicators (KPIs), stakeholder coordination and status communication.Perform Assessments (Vendor selection) - Requirements Gathering, Scoring charts, Coordination with vendors and internal teams etc.Support implementation of selected systems - Perform Requirements gathering, testing etc.Perform some tactical project management activitiesCommunicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders.Ability to translate technical rollouts and features to non-technical audiences.Qualifications: BA/BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 5+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company.Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects.Experience with Med Device / Pharma Regulatory related system implementations a plus.Strong Business Systems Analysis skills.Experience managing smaller projects.Experience Ability to conduct requirement gathering, create documentation, and interview stakeholders, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.Strong Interpersonal and Communications Skills.Strong Organizational Skills.Fast learner / analytical thinker.Ability to work fast on multiple assignments.Display a competency in managing multiple projects.Qualified Candidates Only: If you wish to learn more about this opportunity and additional qualifications/responsibilities, please submit your resume.
