Network Engineer
to support our customer at Eglin AFB in Florida. This vital position will be onsite supporting our client in a cybersecurity test and evaluation environment.
It wil
l require an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.Network Engineer Primary Duties:Employ network and system architecture expertise to conduct studies, solve problems, and meet organizational needsAssist customer in designing and deploying appropriate network solutions, including local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other data and communications solutions as neededResearch and propose network and software security upgrades and improved network resources, including updating appropriate hardwareSet up and maintain systems and networks to include all connected data and communicationsConduct network architecture design and planning by means of modeling, feasibility, and cost studiesDiagnose and solve complex network issues
Qualifications:Network Engineer Education and QualificationsBachelor's degree in an associated discipline (e.g., computer science)A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with network engineeringEssential Requirements:US CitizenshipActive Top Secret/SCI clearanceI2X Technologies is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds.
