What you will do :
Oversee HVAC & Plumbing Warehouse and Consignment OperationsCoordinate scheduling and task assignments.Provide weekly consignment updates, monitoring inventory levels and ordering as necessary. Manage stock levels and organize parts and materials in the warehouse to meet demand.Secure and manage refrigerant usage, maintaining a usage log.Create and organize comprehensive job folders with necessary documents and materials.Verify changeout sheets with management and technicians, reporting any discrepancies.Utilize Service Titan and company email for job-related communication and information.Stage equipment and materials for jobs in advance, ensuring readiness.Assist with fleet maintenance and coordinate AirGas orders, while operating a forklift for various warehouse tasks.Maintain parking lot cleanliness and manage trash disposal schedules.Arrange main dumpster pickups and oversee scrap material management.
Who you are: ?1 3-5 Years warehouse or logistics experience preferred?Valid drivers license with clean motor vehicle record?Ability to handle heavy equipment?Forklift certification preferred?Experience with inventory system preferred?
