Essential Job Functions:
Support Operations Department with a variety of tasks such as updating processing receipts and maintaining purchase order records, computer trackingKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities:•Drive the duty drawback process
Process inbound receipts in MAS and AREVGenerate ASN's for material receiptItem Set up - Vendor set up in AREV / OIMeet deadlines for completion of the delegated taskProvides internal and external department supportMaintain monthly purchase order files•Validate invoices
Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessaryPerforms related / additional duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:
1 year of related work experience•The ability to work a full-time / part-time schedule
Skills and Abilities:•Strong product knowledge
Good mathematical and analysis skillsDemonstrated customer service orientation•Accurate and professional written and verbal communication•Strong organizational and planning skills
Driven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectivesProficient in Microsoft Excel, MAS, Sage 100 computer systemsEducation:
Minimum of a high school diploma general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education
