Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfersAssisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of NursingTake and record height, weight, and vital signs as neededCreate and promote a safe environment with adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards for quality client careEnsure client's rights are adhered toRequirements :
Active CNA certification in the state of IllinoisHigh school diploma or GEDValid CPR CertificatePhysical and negative TB skin test within the last 12 months, available in officeValid Driver's License and auto insurance with reliable vehicleAdhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentialityNegative drug screenMust be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
