This position requires employees to do the following with minimal or no direct supervision: -Bulk load rail cars and trucks -Operate super-sack equipment -Practice good housekeeping principles -Help build and maintain a positive work environment -Continuously learn new things about the work, the products, the consumers, etc. The Packaging Position consists of, but is not limited to, the following dimensions: 1. Safety 2. Teamwork 3. Operating an automatic bagging system 4. Changing over/shutting down the automatic bagging system 5. Bulk loading 6. Operating super sack system 7. Managing of supplies and materials 8. Housekeeping 9. Other duties as assigned Education and Experience High School Diploma is required. 1-3 years of experience working in a chemical plant is preferred. Skills Desired skills include:1. The ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time 2. Basic knowledge of computers and other office equipment 3. Must pass a basic entry-level Chemical Operator Test 4. Must have the physical ability and stamina to operate a fork truck several times per shift 5.
