4.5 minimum guaranteed hoursEligible for insurance benefits(single or family based on contractual hours) on the first day of the following month after hire date.
Must also complete a Civil Service application at the Parma Civil Service Commission Office, 6617 Ridge Road, Parma, OH 44129, (440) 885-8061.
Qualifications:Current Class "B" Commercial Drivers License (CDL).with Passenger and School Bus endorsement preferred or will provide training to the appropiate applicantMust have high school diploma or GED.Have no more than 2 points on current driving record (abstract).Complete annual physical.Complete Pre-Service and yearly in-service training requirements.Subject to Federal Drug and Alcohol testing requirements.Must have ability to speak and print simple sentences.Physically capable of lifting and managing special needs students when necessary.Maintain good attendance.
* Up to $1500.00 if candidate stays for 260 work days
Notice: House Bill 190 mandates that we request check of BCI & FBI records regardless of how long an employee has resided in Ohio. This means all new employees must pay a total of $48.00 for fingerprinting.
